“Odin” recognized by Codaworx and Interior Design Magazine, new projects in Seattle and Cambridge

“Odin” a collaboration between myself, Daniel Bosia and team at AKT II, Tomaz Pisanski and Tom Tucker, supported by the Picker Interdisciplinary Science Institute at Colgate University was just recognized with a merit award in the Education Category of the 2015 Coda Awards, administered by Codaworx and Interior Design Magazine.

“Odin” interior detail

“Capital” a project for Pike Motorworks in Seattle’s Capitol Hill district, was completed in early July 2015. The mixed use project was developed by The Wolff Group and designed by Weber Thompson and Hewitt Architects the sculpture anchors the courtyard of the multi-building development. “Capital” 2015, corten steel and bolts, 18’L x 19’H x 8’D, commissioned by The Wolff Group with Hewitt Architects, Seattle, WA

“Quake” a project for a bike and pedestrian path west of the MIT campus in the Cambridge Port section of Cambridge, MA. Commissioned by the Cambridge Arts Council, the project is a percent-for-art commission tied to the 2015 westward extension of the path to Erie Street.
